was the first stop on our trip to this budding new wine region. We tasted the best Seyvel Blanc since the late 90's when we bought several cases of a wine called Blondie from Hernder Estates in Niagara. The 2012 was absolutely stunning with the 2013 close. If you get a chance get some from this winery.

I was curious to visit this winery set in a part of Ontario not known for grape growing. When I did everything came together and became a memorable life is good moment. The winery was beautiful and in a setting that has the best view in the province (far superior to Vineland Estates IMO). Drinking wine and eating a delicious cheese plate on a clear sunny day with the view we had, life was good for that visit. The winery does have some Halloween themes such as the cutlery set in a coffin, wine labels and episodes of Bewitched showing on a TV in the ultra modern bathroom. I filmed with a new camera so apologize for the finger in some scenes

An interesting view. The Shat gets his guest to make metaphorical descriptions of the wine which is being blind tasted and then asks them to 100 score it. Then wine is taken out and compares the guests score with a "professional sommelier wine score".
